Cairo - Mubasher: The board members of Industrial and Engineering Enterprises Company (IEEC) greenlighted, during their meeting on 20 December, the acquisition of Enterprise Sigma Technology for a value of up to EGP 300 million.
Moreover, IEEC also obtained the board's approval to take over Smart Parking Company’s shares for a maximum value of EGP 440 million, according to a bourse disclosure.
Both transactions will not exceed the fair value (FV) determined by an independent financial advisor.
